Insight into the project
Our client opened its flagship store on Berlin's Tauentzienstrasse in December 2021 under the motto "Renew Berlin".
On an area of 1400 square meters and a total of 3 floors, the sporting goods manufacturer focuses on sustainability and regionality, combined with a digital world of experience.
The company's most sustainable store to date impresses with, among other things, the "Green Lab," where customers can freshen up their aging products with new shine, as well as floor coverings made of 100% recycled material. The well thought-out concept is also ready for the future with cooperations with regional associations and communities.
Of course, digital elements should not be missing at all, for which InfraStor was allowed to provide sufficiently. The highlight is the six-meter long interactive LED shoe wall; when a shoe is lifted, information is displayed on the wall above it.
In total, we were allowed to install 68 digital touchpoints. Among others, several LED walls, LED tickers, LCD signage, laser projectors and interactive touch displays as well as their automated control.
In the smart RFID dressing rooms, appropriate content for the customer's product automatically appears in the mirror. The company's app can be used to have out-of-stock items delivered directly to the customer's home.
All in all, the installations lead to a new shopping experience in the sign of the times.
