Insight into the project

In the main shopping street of Barcelona, our client's flagship store is located in Palau Pascual i Pons since 2022, with a sales area of 2200 square meters.

The motto of the sporting goods manufacturer was "Under your skin", which was staged with regional artists.

Among other things, InfraStor was responsible for installing 36 digital media and display systems for this project. Furthermore, we also installed LED tickers and projectors on site.

The first eye-catcher is the LED ceiling installation in the entrance area, these are framed on the right and left respectively by transparent displays.

InfraStor was also able to implement some interactive LCD signage. The changing rooms are designed in such a way that the end user can select his desired ambience via a touchscreen, depending on his mood.

All data can be displayed in real time in an appealing visualization in the Loxone app. This information provides a clear overview of the building's current energy status and allows targeted optimization measures to be taken.

By evaluating consumers, it is possible to find ways to reduce the base load, for example by automatically switching off consumers that are not needed. Potential energy leaks are also uncovered. Frequent energy wasters are, for example, air conditioning systems or ventilation systems that run at high levels even when no one is in the building. Reducing the base load leads to immediate cost savings. For example, the permanent consumption of one watt costs around €3 per year. This may sound small, but it quickly adds up in a household or business with numerous appliances. In addition, reducing the base load helps to reduce the carbon footprint and extends the life of the appliances.
